1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the NexStudio website (operated by Gulf Europe LLC) or engaging our team for software engineering, web platforms, e-commerce, mobile applications, or AI systems development, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Engineering Services

NexStudio provides end-to-end digital product engineering governed by project-specific proposals and statements of work (SOW), including:

• Enterprise web portals and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Full-featured e-commerce storefronts, merchant dashboards, and order management systems.
• Custom AI agents, LLM integrations, and Hybrid RAG knowledge architectures.
• UI/UX design systems, cloud infrastructure provisioning, and official domain deployment.

3. Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement:

• Full ownership of custom deliverables, source code, and UI designs transfers to the client upon full settlement of all agreed project invoices.
• NexStudio retains the right to showcase completed platforms in its portfolio and case studies unless restricted by a written non-disclosure agreement.
• All NexStudio branding, trademarks, and proprietary website content remain the exclusive property of Gulf Europe LLC.

4. Project Milestones, Delivery & Payments

Engineering projects are executed according to structured milestones defined in the technical proposal:

• Development commences upon approval of the scope and receipt of the agreed initial milestone deposit.
• Clients are responsible for timely delivery of required assets, domain credentials, and feedback at each milestone.
• Each stage is reviewed and signed off prior to production launch on the official domain.

5. Post-Launch Warranty & Support

NexStudio provides a post-launch technical warranty period (as specified in the contract) covering resolution of any software defects or bugs originating from our codebase. Warranty does not cover new feature additions or issues caused by unauthorized third-party modifications to servers or code.

6. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

Projects may integrate with third-party providers such as cloud hosting platforms, domain registrars, payment gateways, or external AI APIs. Ongoing subscription costs and compliance with third-party provider terms are the responsibility of the client unless managed under an active NexStudio maintenance plan.

7. Amendments

NexStudio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect service updates and regulatory requirements. The current version published on this page governs all use of the website.
